Lagos born Tope Sadiq (Torpedo Mascaw) is a Compere, Poet, Composer, Actor, TV presenter and an On Air Personality. He is the founder of FreedomHall Nigeria, a platform for expression and giftings in Nigeria. As host of this wonderful platform, he has compered and performed at over 1,000 FreedomHall shows all over Nigeria, Ghana and the UK. He has acted as a master of ceremony for

numerous corporate events, weddings, birthday parties, seminars and town hall meetings.


A very skilled Poet and Spoken word artist and is rated the best freestyle spoken word artist in Nigeria. Also, the curator of FreedomHall Arts Foundation, an NGO whose prerogative is to identify and nurture talent in young children and enable them harness those gifts for the greater good.

Freedom Records, an on-line and mobile distribution channel for music and film, currently connected to all the mobile service providers in Nigeria, Freedom Records is uniquely placed to distribute and stream music to Nigeria and 18 African countries.

They also created FreedomHall a platform where live music, poetry, spoken word, comedy, drama, written word and original thought could be expressed, from a group of 6 the movement has grown to included thousands of youth across all demographics in Nigeria and beyond. He along with some colleagues initiated Freedom Studios, a kitchen where alternative and great music could be developed and created.

He has composed and directed the music score for 3 feature films and also featured in a couple of cameo roles as an actor.

He is author of the book “The Hidden” which he submitted for the international Nanowrimo prize for best fiction novel.

He is passionate about the environment and along with the Lekki conservation society launched the “save our trees campaign”

He is also a social reformer and was one of the strategists for the Occupy Nigeria standoff; he was also on the campaign cabinet for Pat Utomi in 2007 as well as Donald Duke in 2011.

He is a Ted fellow and has spoken both at Tedx Victoria Island in 2012 as well as Tedx Lagos 2013.

He is a lover of music, cooking, fashion, reading and an avid chess player.

He currently lives in Lagos, Nigeria but has a home in Takoradi, Ghana.


Atilola Moronfolu is a multi-faceted entrepreneur. She is a Writer, Editor, spoken word artist, cosmetic scientist and trichology practitioner amongst other things. She also edits books for fellow writers and bloggers and gets them ready for publishing.


Having had the opportunity to perform in and outside Nigeria at various events, she is one of the visible faces of Spoken Word in this generation today. She has performed for the United Nations at the UNAIDS PCB Thematic Segment in Geneva, and was a semi-finalist in the first Rio International poetry slam, FLUPP Festival, Rio de Janerio, Brazil, having scored the highest in the whole competition. She is the convener of Rhyme and Reason Concert, the only rap and spoken word evebr in Nigeria, which has hosted an audience of over 2000. She has appeared on stage with international Rap and Spoken Word Artists such as Da’ T.R.U.T.H., Ezekiel and Janette…ikz of P4CM. 

She has also performed at popular spoken word events like Word Up, Unchained voices, Chill and Relax, Freedom Park, Metro FM Open Mic, etc. She reads at various literary events in Nigeria. She also trains teenagers in Spoken Word Poetry, and is the current Spoken Word tutor at House on the Rock Teens Church. Her students have gone ahead to win several competitions across the country, including War of Words (Season 1 and 5) and God’s Children Great Talent (GCGT), and have become professional Spoken Word Artists. In 2017, she started SWAY (Spoken Word Academy for Youths), the first spoken word school in Nigeria.

She has also been featured on several Television and Radio interviews to talk about the Spoken Word movement in Nigeria. Transiting from consulting into the literary world, she has made giant strides in a very short period. She is an author of two books and more to come.


*WOME UYEYE* is a veteran Media Professional | Content Producer| Worthsmith | Mother of Many. She is a hybrid (born  many moons ago to parents from different parts of the country) and a rare mix of capacities (having worked in diverse faucets of the stage, old and new media).

Uyeye is that Master communicator/  C.E.O of SWEAT-IN-THE-BOX Entertainment a small content production/ audiovisual outfit and she is a beach Samaritan Ambassador, Desert Warrior Ambassador and the founder of #ProjectH.E.L.L.P a centre and safe haven she set up 7yrs ago for inner city children born and raised in the tough community known as Ajegunle, located in the Ifelodun-Ajeromi LGA of Lagos, Nigeria.
